In technical sense Johnni Lightning is going back in to the roots of electro sound. By using jungle rhythmics he create something like bridge into early drum`n`bass style.In the difference, he is using a lot of concrete vocals looped in phrases with a little bit of noise surrounded by vintage modulators joined with dark effects.All this things makes this release much more fresh and standing forward into nowadays. Sometimes I got a filling, that musician was flow away when he was watching movie from early 90`s or listening music from that period. I can feel a little bit of psychodelic taste, especially when it bite me in a foot from somewhere below. And one thing - this release is very dark like sci fi thriller, sometimes I can feel like on board another civilization spaceship witch is lost in space - a lot of dub echos deflected by empty walls and rooms...is somebody here?
